入会金無しで、スマホで入退室できて、初心者には、もってこいですね。壁上部の窓が空いてたら良いのにな。涼しいけど、咳する姉さんもいるし、換気扇一つでは安心できない。あと、銭湯式の１００円コイン式の後でコイン戻るロッカーにならないかな。小銭しか持ってこれないから、その後で買い物行けないや。基本のマシンで筋肉が付いてきて、物足りなくなるまで、頑張ってみよっと❗️

換気のために小窓を開けれるようにしてほしいです。何のためについてるのかわからない。
換気扇だけでほとんど密室なのですごく不安です。
開けようにも棒がないので開けられない。
それ以外は完璧なので切実に換気をお願いしたいです。

I love this place. At only around ¥3200/month, you just can’t beat this gym. You can sign up online, you enter and exit the gym by scanning a QR code on the app, and it’s just so, so cheap. Since it’s unmanned, the machines are a little dirtier than they would be somewhere that has an attendant on staff at all time (think sweat on the sides of the treadmill), but honestly it’s a small price to pay for the savings, and you can wipe it down yourself with the provided wipes (which I do before and after each use). The app tells you at all times how busy the gym is (in 4 levels from かなり空いている 0-3 people, 空いている4-7 people, 混んでいる 7-9 people, and かなり混んでいる 10+ people) which is such a great feature. There is no vending machine but it’s right next to a Lawson (which is cheaper anyway). There’s no showers but there are two small changing rooms and a bathroom. There are open lockers by the door, and there’s wipes throughout the gym to wipe down the machines. There’s a very small space to stretch with a mirror, but this can only fit one person and it’s right by the door and lockers so it doesn’t seem like a great place to stretch - I just do it at home. This is a no frills gym, which is perfect for someone like myself - a foreigner who likes avoiding Japanese bureaucracy wherever possible (yay, no paperwork to sign up!), someone who just wants to run on a treadmill for 30 minutes at lunchtime, and someone who doesn’t need fancy weights or add-ons. I am so grateful this gym opened up recently and I could stop walking 25 minutes to Anytime and paying ¥8000/month, because Choco Zap is just so much better, closer to home, and cheaper.
